Lucy

Lucy is a Director, the Manager and Lead EYP. She has a passion to make Red Hen a perfect place for children and staff. She has a first class degree, Early Years Professional Status, Forest School Level 3, Countryside Education (CEVAS) and cookery training.

Amanda

Amanda is Deputy Manager. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and has been at Red Hen since 2012 (with a little interlude when she lived in Italy for two years). She has worked with all ages and we are now proud that she has joined our Management team.

David and Jane Harrison

Directors of Red Hen with a hands-on approach. Both enjoy the honour of giving children and staff opportunities on this wonderful farm setting. 'Farmer David' is a great role model for the children. Jane has a first-class degree in Early Childhood and has a passion to give children a healthy, happy childhood, developing a broad range of skills and confidence. Jane is a long-standing judge for the Nursery World Food Award where her wealth of experience and knowledge about feeding young children is valued. They are pictured here in our nature area with the coveted Lincolnshire Environmental Award.

OUR DEDICATED TEAM...

We have dedicated teams for children's ages and stages (babies, toddlers, preschool), all bringing a variety of skills and qualifications up to degree level to ensure the best care and education for every age. Please see the parents section of the website for details and photos.
